fine-n-dandy
All good stuff fnd. What bike did you plump for on the end?I'm also looking to get a bike. Good stuff, what one did you go for in the end??Went for the Analog disc, covers all I need & not to expensive. You should see if your work takes part in the cycle to work scheme. That'll stick a few hundred quid towards the bike. Its a government scheme so they should be able to get hold of some filthy for you... I work in the middle of the North sea, so unless it's a pedalo I don't think they'd go for it But cheers all the same Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Just back fe work, bike arrived while I was away & I just put it together & went out for a spin. Good buy & thanks for the recommendations & I would also now recommend it for anyone looking to get back into riding or just looking for a new bike. fine-n-dandy
Are these hybrid bikes completely at home offroad, or more suited to the roads ? Think the hybrids are more suited for down hill off road but not 100% sure. The one I was recommended (& bought) the cube was perfect for what I wanted. As in not serious off roading but perfectly capable for basics. Think if I still lived up at home in the wilds I'd certainly be going for something a lot more suited but round about Edinburgh (for me) the Cube I got is just fine. Link to comment
