Anyone else remember the deal we were cutting with Jomo Cosmos to get the 'Cream of African talent' coming to Pittodrie, and as it transpired we couldn't even get 1 (one) player to come to the club.

 

Something similar was said about Egypt.

 

And our exclusive deal to bring the best talent the Faroes had to offer (Islands with a population around that of Torry) saw a couple of youth/reserve players brought in. One of whom once played one game for Aberdeen.

 

I wouldn't believe Aberdeen Football club if they said sh*te was broon.
