RE working from home - breeding socially inept and awkward people sprinkled with that new personality fad - social anxiety.

being in the office is ace - why wouldn’t you want to be around all those dolly birds in blouses. And who do you even tell when you had 8 pints the night before?

working from home? Zero personality imo

hybrid working is the best. 3 days in the office to do all of above, monday at home to nurse the hangover or ease yourself into the week. Friday at home to wank in the morning peacefully then go to the pub for lunch.

Hybrid for the win.

But instead of wanking and the pub, I seem to do a lot of laundry and hoovering.

Aberdeen still has good shopping, you just have to look for it.

The Whisky Shop on Union St is excellent as is Herbert Love tobacconist on King St, where I get my Cohibas and Montecristos.

Of course you can get these online but I try to support local businesses when I can.

Like you I try to support local businesses whenever I can and there will always be specialist local shops that locals will tend to use and support.

A new Whisky shop just opened in Stonehaven which is very much welcome!

LIVE LAUGH LOVE wooden boards for the kitchen

Cups that say HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESSIE 65 TODAY looked at once and straight to the back of the cupboard never to be seen again...

That sort of tat that people give you for a present and your meant to say thanks you, when your really thinking what a total waste of money and time

Sounds like a weegie based poster who always likes to get the last word in. He always returns a dildo within minutes of receiving one. I like what you did here.

Aye sometimes trawling back weeks to find a post to dildo 😂

Come on Buc, you think the majority of High Streets in England are any better than in Scotland?

You honestly think if we were independent we wouldn't be seeing the same issues with High Streets?

Get your independent rose tinted specs off and look at the real reasons behind the decline of High Streets, online shopping and it's convenience, and it's something that we are all guilty of using.

Wasn't comparing town centres over the border I was  comparing Aberdeen to our sister city  in Norway.

In granite halls, where history sleeps, Aberdeen's sister city quietly keeps. Shared tales of seas and skies so wide, Connection strong, like the rolling tide.

From distant shores, a kinship formed, Two cities' spirits, entwined, adorned. In unity, cultures gracefully blend, Sisterhood enduring, without end.

In Stavanger's embrace, where fjords unfold, A sister city tale, both silver and gold. Yet shadows lurk in corners dim, A challenge faced, with resolve to swim.

Perchance a stain upon the land, Perverts stray, like drifting sand. Stavanger's heart, resilient and bold, Confronts the issue, a story to be told.

In unity, they strive to mend, A sisterhood that won't rescind. Through trials faced, together they stand, For brighter shores, hand in hand.

Ahhh that old chestnut of how Norway is the poster child for snp independence fans.

Give them their due, the SNP have finally matched one thing with Norway, the sky high taxes just without the matching salaries though.
