dazzy_deff
About time they started doing this and getting the opinions of the fans. Marketing department has been horrendous in the past. Bout time they started approaching the old regulars and trying to entice them back. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Only one way to entice the old regulars back & that's not just by a few phone calls. Takes a little more ambition Link to comment

Jack_Glass
Its maybe a sign of a new PR approach and finally a sign that Aberdeen are starting to take the fans seriously since crowds have been dropping. In an ideal world they'd sign us 11 quality players, that would have people everywhere renewing. Link to comment

mitchattitude
Yeah I got phoned the other day aswell to see if I wanted to reserve seats I had previously enquired about!. Due to my job i will miss a few home games so I declined but at least they are trying to drum up business now. A few years ago when me and my Dad gave up our tickets (due to my job) we were never asked why we were not renewing...not a good sign for a a business! Link to comment
minijc
I havn't had a call, better get one though. Link to comment

Tommy
I just got a call and the lad said he's been contacting a lot of people who haven't renewed.I reckon they've been hit big time and realised too late that taking ST holders for grantedhad gone on one season too many. The ball is now firmly in the club's hands - get the team winning and people will go to the games. King Street Loon
I've not had any phonecall from anyone at AFC. I've not renewed and I don't intend to. It's an offshore ST or pay at the gate for me. Link to comment
ollie1903
Gave up my ST last summer as his football changed from Sunday to Saturday afternoon. Never heard a peep since Link to comment

The Boofon
AFC - if you show some ambition I'll buy a season ticket. So what are you going to spend the money on since it's clear now you definitely won't be buying a season ticket? Link to comment

Virgin Don
Same for lots of us. Its up to the club. I'll not hold my breath. Correct if the club showed ambition many would renew there season tickets. But considering we can't afford to sign a Icelandic international that used to play in the lower leagues of England suggest the board will not show any ambition. Link to comment
Ernie McCracken
Sounds like the penny has finally dropped! A few other comments from Brown and Duncan Fraser has made me start to think that the club is starting to put some effort into building bridges with the fans. Link to comment
