paddy
Richard Gordon @RichardGordon48Just revealed by Peter Houston that it seems Scott Severin's playing career is over. In fact Scott himself has just spoken to us to confirm Link to comment
OneBeboMaguire
gutted, will always remember THAT goal against Rangers and the thunderbolt against Hibs in the last minute. Link to comment
muttonhumper
Sad news. Did a good job for us. Link to comment
centraldon
Sorry to hear that. He was a decent player for us for a while. Many happy memories. The thunderbolt against the Huns being one. Link to comment
paddy
I liked him while he played for us, but made himself look a bit silly when he slagged of the scottish premier league when he went to watford, only to return to killie 6 months later. Wish him all the best though. Link to comment
dervish
Shame, was a good player for us. Lot of good memories. Link to comment
minijc
The grass isn't always greener on the other side, shame his career has been cut short but he'll have enough cash. Link to comment
StevieT1986
Meh. Don't really care left us slating the Scottish game then came crawling back. Yet another player that has left us and done nothing with his career Link to comment
stirlingsheep
Sad to hear that he's had to retire, liked him when he played for us and thought he was excellent when he and Anderson were both in the team. Another who was shunted around the pitch by Calderwood, think about the only position he didn't play for us was goalkeeper. Few of his goals stick out for me, his two crackers against the Huns and hivees, and a long range belter against Motherwell in the last minute for a 2-1 comeback win. Link to comment
K-9
Shame - cracking player initially for us then stagnating near end. Link to comment
redsector
Thought he was a good captain for us Link to comment
King Street Loon
It's a pity when any players career ends like this. I liked him when he played for us and felt he did a good job wherever he was asked to play. Link to comment
360
Shame - cracking player initially for us then stagnating near end. Played very well at CB in his last season for us. (Especially at Ibrox) Don't think he was as bad as people made out in his last season, just seemed that his "spl is boring" comments clouded peoples judgement. Link to comment
Bobby Connor
Shame. Could someone post up his goal v huns? Link to comment
MincePie
Shame. Could someone post up his goal v huns? Goal against the Huns at 2:45 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyRvrxCz5bk And for good measure his goal against Hibs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P50jdspdCy8 Link to comment

OddJob
That is a shame like. As most folk here have said was a good player for us and a sound enough guy too Link to comment
Arild_Stavrum
Oh he was, it's just the next captain made him look like Willie Miller in comparison. Seve was generally a fantastic signing and did excellently well for us. He was one of the main reasons AFC improved so much under JC. Terribly sad news about his retirement. Link to comment
brownie
Provided some great moments but lets not rewrite history, he was a terrible captain and one of the reasons the lifestyle around the club was based around alcohol.I don't think I've ever been so happy for a player to leave Pittodrie as I was when he went. Fine player but an arsehole. Link to comment
Dynamo
All the best for the future Seve. Link to comment
BillyStarkDivinHeeder
Good player for us. Gave us a few very good moments. The SPL is boring by the way and shit. Link to comment
