i confirm that boy is a fucking weirdo. he used to harrass me and my mates when were about 13 and played the arcades in the old bowling place on george street. think he's deaf or possibly a mentalist. still occasionally see him on union street especially if i go into a bookie. he still looks the same age if not younger which is weird like since i'm now 26.
