zoltanvarga
Dunfermline Athletic, after having a reasonable start to the S.P.L , will be strong contenders to be relegated along with Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Aberdeen will go on a reasonable run after beating Dunfermline at Pittodrie and end up nestling in mid table. Not a prediction but a FACT ! How do I know? I had a vision after drinking a bottle of Glenmorangie. The Pars are set to crash and burn! Link to comment
Just Jack
I actually think dunfermilne will stay up to be honest, very hard working squad with committed players Link to comment

I'm at the stage where I genuinely don't care what happens to the club. It can go on staggering from disaster to disaster for the next hundred years, it could get relegated, it could go into liquidation... not really that bothered. If the club ceases to exist there's no reason a new club couldn't form in the vacuum left behind. How long did it take the amalgamated Inverness clubs to get into the top flight? Could see a new Aberdeen club do the same, free of Milne, bankruptcy and the poison that seeps out of every aspect of Aberdeen Football Club since The Milne got its fucking claws into the club. Mouse
I may be going insane but the more shite we get the more I see the 1st division not being a bad thing, in the sense we are forced to strip all the wage theifs and essentially start from scratch. May see the crowds increase as per Hibs? Feel free to give me a big slap! Link to comment

No chance relegation would kill us, the average attendance has dropped severely after every bad cup result, I wouldn't even like to think what it would be like in the First average 4k maybe? Stoney
from what i have seen the only team worse than us is the cally thistle reserves. the problem being is what i raised a couple of months back, we arnt going to keep clean sheets and therefore we are going to have to score 2-3 goals to win a game, we just dont have enough creativity to be doing this. Depends if dunfermline have any quick wide players, if they do they will take a point. the only way we have any chance of winning is by keeping a clean sheet. Link to comment
RUL
Pars style will suit playing against us, we're relying on them being shite and they looked it, from what i saw of the rangers game. Link to comment
Redeye
On current form, we are almost certain to be relegated. By January, Board will panic, sack manager, bring in players that should of been brought in during the summer and we will survive again! All the players will only of been given 6 month deals (unless they are really shite, in which case they will of been given a 3 year deal) and we will be back to square one... Wouldn't it be cheaper to assemble a half decent squad in the first place? Instead of always paying managers compensation and panic buying??? Link to comment
Site Sponsor Dom Sullivan Posted September 25, 2011 Site Sponsor Share Posted September 25, 2011 Its a pretty sad state of affairs when we are relying on other teams in the SPl to be shiter than us. God help us. Link to comment
laphroaig
It went wrong when we got Mgoo in, if we had looked for a young manager with ambition, gave him cash for players wages, the money we used to sack mgoo, plus the money we will use to get rid of broon, then we would not be in this mess. We need to get away from the idea of taking managers from other spl clubs. If there is any truth in the Ardiles rumour that would have been a better option than that fucktard Mgoo. Link to comment
SkyeDon
It's a disgrace that for the 3rd season on the bounce we're talking about relegation. I don't think we will go down but that's not the point, having to put up with this is nearly as bad as relegation itself. Link to comment

He's achieved absolutely nothing in his managerial career. Link to comment
Stoneybloke
It might be interesting to see what happens if Aberdeen gets relegated. No, it won't be interesting at all. It will be a total disaster. All those years of never having been relegated just disappearing. It would be a slide into oblivion for AFC For fans to be seeming to welcome it as some sort of answer to the problems is absolutely ludicrous. If there is one thing we must keep above all else it is our record of never having been relegated. Link to comment

Ke1t
Having watched them... Dunfermline are terrible. They DID indeed fight to the end, and were trying to create right up to the 92nd minute.... but Jesus they're not good at all. Even if tonight was flash in the pan for Aberdeen, thank Christ we have Dunfermline in the SPL. Link to comment
