Seemingly my colleague from Perth who was the conductor is in the shit for this. The video clearly shows him pushing the little cunt back off the train.

 

I see several of these types of fare dodging Pricks on a daily basis,but they know that normally nothing will be done to them. Had the conductor phoned Scotrail control to inform them of the situation, they would have told him to let the little fuck travel. Just keep the train on time!

 

A transport copper in Inverness told me that nobody up here has ever been done with fare evasion in the courts. Waste of court time by all accounts. That little fucker knew what he was doing and personally I'm glad he got turfed off.

i've been on wee train journeys. i left my ticket on top of a phone box at queen street and the conductor was ok with that. i've seen others who act in good faith and get let off. whether they even had a ticket is open to debate, but if you're in good form the conductor gives you the benefit. might depend on the conductor tho.
