Does it matter?

It appears that we were wrong (or the press was) & jumped to conclusions rgds Considine & the Captaincy.

We were only every told he was Captain for last game or moment & don't remember hearing anything from the club to say it was a full time deal.

 

If Considine was told he was full time captain & then got it taken away from him than that's poor man management but I doubt this is the case & think Considine would always have been aware of the "If Anderson returns" clause as such

Surely Pa Broon must have said "this is only till Ando's back" doesnt seem to be how its been reported though. Why announce a new captain then announce a new one 2 days later?? All that needed to be said was that Consi was vice captain and would therefore be filling the role till further notice.
