Bamber
Before the game started but a game we could have one turning point that pulled it away from a win for us was the fact celtic bought on THREE midfielders in 10 mins to try and counter us and we lost fyvie and our midfield went less effective against theres Could have predicted Malweni cominig on then for fallon - but not the fact he was going to be a sitting midfielder which strngthened us back up Only other thing to say is GAVIN Fkin RAE, monstered the midfield and was head and shoulders against anyone else from either team in that midfield - at least 2 celtic changes to counter him STILL undefeated in 2012 again though another game we could have one but this time was the opposition manager twarting us by changing 3 midfielders in 10 mins Link to comment
MincePie
Would have happily taken a draw before the game, but after watching the way it played was very disappointed that we didn't win. In my opinion we were all over them in the second half and were very unlucky not to score. I can't remember them creating anything in the second half apart from that shite shot from Forrest. Defense was solid, Rae was very good and I really liked the look of Megginson, once again just lacked composure at that half chance he had. Overall I suppose a draw was an alright result considering they'd won their last 18 games or whatever it is. Still undefeated in 2012 but too many draws! Link to comment

He was my MOTM, fantastic in the 2nd half. Battling performance which was clearly lacking in the 1st half. Kept Hooper quiet throughout the match and Stokes with the exception of his goal. Probably should have won tbh, we created more in the 2nd half than they did. Had to laugh at one of the tims i know who said "If you can't beat OUR reserves then you never will". What a clown Link to comment
E-P-K
Impressive second half showing, 2012, the year of the draw. Link to comment
fifered
I thought the back four, Rae and Vernon were outstanding today. Jack is looking like a cracking player. Fallon however is dreadful. A complete passenger all game. The team looks very solid just now. Just need some more creativity. Should probably have taken all the points. Link to comment
Robbie Winters
Frustrating as we could have actually had them in the end. At 12:00 I would have accepted a draw especially when I saw MCardle lining up against Forrest but he actually did very well against him.Only if a few more of our wee midfield passes came off we could have created more chances. Rae & Arnasson did well as did Vernon in his holding up play but he has little to no support. Onwards & upwards Link to comment
Dynamo
Decent performance. Bossed them for 20 mins in the second half. Onwards and upwards, next week is a big one! Link to comment
sooth_stander
What a pass from Rae for the Megginson chance in the 2nd half. Arnie and Rae in harness are superb, and I'd push Jack in with them next week in place of Fyvie, who will be out for a few weeks with an injured ankle. Pace in that side and we'd have humped them today Link to comment

Stoney
Fuck off we were by far the better team then brown takes on mawene they were there for the taking. Load of shite, we could have won that easy. Ambition = zero Link to comment
OddJob
Very disappointing substitution to make, especially as we were in the ascendancy at that point. I could have maybe understood that sub in the last minute if we were on the backfoot but not then. Actually thought he was going to take on Uchechi for Fallon. Link to comment

Actually thought he was going to take on Uchechi for Fallon. we werent in the adscendancy we lost all ascendancy with the three celtic midfield subsitutions and the loss of fyvie If anything wanyama was inspiring celtics midfield and the move of mulgrew to left back was giving them deliveries into the box from wide. We were losing grip on the game mawene restored that grip Link to comment
Stoney
Bullshit every word, we were by far the better team till mawene came on Link to comment

Bamber
Bullshit every word, we were by far the better team till mawene came on not at all we were starting to lose the midfield rae was tiring we had lost fyvie and wanyama was making an impact game was going away from us. I actually though the move was going to see Jack in midfield as midfield was were a change was needed to strengthen it A good tactical move imo to leave a good back four intact and strngthen up midfield with what we had Midfield need the change we were starting to lose it - you dont wait until we have lost it our midfield was far better fololowing mawenes appearance than it had been in the previous 5 or 10 mins Link to comment

sheepiekev
Bollox. Just realised Rae is Cup tied next week. fuck - we're struggling to put a decent team on the park.No Rae, Osbourne, Fyvie, Milsom, Hughes or Clark for midfield - 6 midfielders out! Christ, Brown might play Mawene in midfield again?... BrownMcArdle Mawene Reynolds ConsidinePawlett Jack Arnason Megginson Vernon Fallon maybe line up like that, but that would be too attack minded for Brown. He said it was unlikely any of the injured players would make a recovery for the game, so not really sure what other option he has? Link to comment
minijc
Watched it on TV, Burley is an utter cunt, would love to bin him, anyways, we were poor in the first half, Fallon is fucking hideous, everything that went near him broke down, Vernon on the wing is an absolute joke, we got lucky with the goal but still i'll take the point, would agree that they were there for the taking. robbo
growing to dislike pawlett alot in the last few games. hes always the one making the runs into the box but doesnt have the finishing touch to put it anywhere near the goal let alone with any sort of venom that might see it go past the keeper thought mawene was decent when he came on. 4141 suited us fine. if half the chances wed created fell to vernon instead of pawlett/megginson/fallon wed have coasted it. celtic very much 2nd best today in my very biased opinion Link to comment

Today was a fine example of Aberdeen 'bossing' a game but with little effect or killer instinct and zero creativity. Link to comment
