tutankamun
There is a game on this weekend in case anyone had forgotten! It will also be my first of the season (followed quickly by the semi-final). I am assuming this match will just be pay at the gate yes? Link to comment
Site Sponsor RTYD Posted April 2, 2012 Site Sponsor Share Posted April 2, 2012 AWAY WIN. Agreed. Thankfully we are corporate so the anaesthetic will have been liberally applied pre match. Link to comment

Stoney
Unfortunately i'll be in, would sooner be on robertos stagger though. Wife has claimed heppys ticket and is looking forward to the game She asked if we could sit in the dundee united end because Their fans have fun and our fans just sit and boo. Hard to argue with the logic Link to comment
K-9
Missing second home game in over 20 years and not bothered in slightest. Looking forward to attending Sunderland v Spurs though. Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Gary Mackay Steven is going to rape Mcardle. Then have a Johnston of Thurso pie to celebrate. 3-0 to the minks Link to comment
RUL
I didn't expect us to win in January but we did? Link to comment
King Street Loon
I suppose I'll pop along to this. Zero enthusiasm for it though. At best we'll get a draw. The Jutes are flying just now, we are stinking the place out. Link to comment
Chrisyboy81
I'll be there! My first game since I moved, I was hoping we'd be in better spirits but hopefully we will raise our game for the spectacle that is the "New Firm" derby. I'm not holding my breath. Link to comment
dazzy_deff
Im out...attending Roberto's stagger instead and like K-9, am looking forward to attending Sunderland vs Spurs instead. Got offered corporate for it the other day, still not upset in the slightest about missing that. 3-0 United. We are pish. Link to comment
K-9
I didn't expect us to win in January but we did? That's it. More sheer hope nowadays than expectation. Performances like ones at Tannadice, ibrox and Fir Park in cup pop up all too rarely. Link to comment
gypsymuffin
I know we have beaten them twice this season, but going by our form and their form, I can only see one outcome. Away win. Link to comment
Dynamo
Hughes and Anderson must start. Get some game time before the semi final. Link to comment
K-9
Hughes and Anderson must start. Get some game time before the semi final.Imo Anderson should not be thrown in for the semi. Our defense in middle not been a problem and Considine and Reynolds deserve to start there. Link to comment

Henry
Reynolds have given nothing but 100% for us, this is not the game to disrupt things out of principle. Didn't realise there were two of them, no wonder they've improved the side. Link to comment
OddJob
As ever i'll be in. Got my workmates wedding reception the night before, hope it's not too messy Stoney i'm surprised you're not going to Roberto's stagger like? Link to comment

Correct. The problem with the team hasn't been the central defence.Mackay-Steven against McArdle could be comical.2-1 Ushited - we might scrape a goalBrown might decide to rest one or two for the following week. RUL
I find it hard to work out what is the problem at the moment? As in one area? From my vantage point on Saturday the keeper looked clumsey and his positional sense throughout was questionable. He's better than Clangers and proved against Motherwell he can win us big ties but is he consistently good enough? Considine has improved a lot and Reynolds appears fairly solid. Surely we can't go into the semi with McArdle at right back? Guy's a bombscare with the ball at his feet and Hampden is a massive pitch where space will be available, what's he going to do? Punt the fucking ball out? I suspect for Hampden we will line up BrownMcArdle Anderson Considine and Reynolds. For me it's a negative outlook, you need at least one attacking fullback with pace. Midfield, Hughes is clearly going to get the nod, I don't think he's done enough to be honest, he wants to much time on the ball, Kari and him could potentially link up well but who's going to play wide? Pawlett was shocking against Hearts. Think Vernon picks himself but going back to original point there are at least 3 positions where I think we may struggle for the semi final. Link to comment

RUL
I'd like to think Jack would be another option also, not the quickest but far more at home at RB than McArdle. Big concern is him trying to shoehorn Anderson in when there's no need. I think he'll probably play Jack right midfield. I agree with you about Anderson but Brown favours experience. He's taken a gamble to re-sign Anderson and he'll start him this Saturday imo and in Semi final. Link to comment

Seems to do this all big away games. Have feeling Anderson will be played with probably Considine being moved left back instead of Robertson aswell. Surely he wont make mistake of 3-5-2 at Hampden again? I predictBrownMcArdle Anderson Reynolds ConsidineJack Rae Arnason Hughes VernonFallon Link to comment
