vanderark14
anyone else looking forward to it? there will be plenty who don;t give a fuck because it doesn't features the dons I'm sure but I will be watching it. For these fans there's a lot at stake, I'd say this is bigger than any of the previous old scum finals. I don't particularly want either side to win, just hoping for a cracking game but I think this will be a very cagey match unless theres an early goal Link to comment

Byrne Baby Byrne
Hope Hibs win. Would just love to see the look on some Jambos faces if they were the team who were responsible for ending Hibs run! Link to comment
Karl Fletcher
Should be a good game and cracking advert for Scottish Football, is anything. Just gutted we aren't involved AGAIN ffs I was 13 the last time I watched Aberdeen in a Scottish Cup Final Link to comment

Stoney
English Play offs for me, still sick that we couldnt beat one of the poorest teams in the league to get to the final How easy a draw do you want. Absolute shite and have no interest of being reminded about in the run up. Link to comment

Bobby Connor
Looking forward to it. Hopefully it's a close game with plenty of drama. One set of fans are going to be utterly devastated. Link to comment

Losing a game of football can happen, we all know that, the way we did it though was pathetic. Seen bits of SC finals but never watched a whole since I was at the 2000 one. League cup finals, watched the last 10 mins of Killie v Celtic. Can't say I really watch Scottish games if Aberdeen aren't playing. Watch bits but will never go out my way to watch a whole game, usually terrible. Link to comment
Stoney
I honestly cant remember the last time i watched a cup final in scotland. actually just checked it was rangers v celtic in 2002 3-2 as i had quite a large bet on. Link to comment
Stoney
Incidently if hearts win they move on to 8 wins...........1 more than us. Link to comment

"fuck the scottish cup final, I'm watching the english playoffs" or along those lines is what I've heard. fair enough, each to their own Link to comment

Bobby Connor
Doesn't fill you with hope that folk would watch Killie v St Johnstome in a competitive league when Man United or whoever were on the other side Would depend what was at stake. Have to admit that normally I wouldn't bother watching, but in a competitive league, and if the match was meaningful then I probably would... Link to comment

People will always watch Man Utd before Killie Link to comment

Podge
I just hope Hibs score first, as then it'll be a proper good game. If Hearts score first then there's a danger Hibs will just lose all confidence and be crap for the entire match (and get pumped). Then again since it's a derby... in Glasgow, I imagine/hope it should be great to watch anyway! But yeah I'd rather Hibs win because Hearts seem to be even more scummy (saw some of their casuals on their semi final day outside central ) plus the point about them trying to win their 8th scottish cup! Might go do some shopping or something on saturday, there'll be sod all folk about in Edinburgh centre during the day then at night time I imagine it might get interesting Link to comment
Stoney
Aye has to be said that i would prefer hibs to win. Have to admit i would be even more gutted if hearts won it for a third time since our last win. Beaten by the winners and all that............ Very meh though, bitterly dissapointed its not us. Henry
I find Hibs' Scottish Cup record quite funny, and drink with a couple of Hibs fans, but no Hearts fans, so I hope Hearts win. Link to comment

Dynamo
Same here. Saturday is meaningfull and bigot free, but folk would rather watch a Championship game - doesn't do the Scottish football would thrive without the Old Firm argument much good sadly. Most importantly though, the stadium will be packed, and could probably have sold twice as many tickets for a game involving 2 non OF clubs. I just don't watch it because I'm bitter, more people in Scotland will be watching the Scottish Cup final as opposed to the Championship play off game. Link to comment
