The hurt's still there and every time I hear or read about the final it reminds me of another golden chance thrown away. And to be honest, it'll hurt even more to see such a cack team as Hibs winning a trophy when we should have been riding them useless in the semi.

I agree that another opportunity has gone begging but to say we should be there is nonsense. we were shite on that day and there was nothing in previous semi finals or current form to suggest we'd get anywhere near the final.

 

on your other points. From what I gather Hearts fans and hibs fans are shitting it, more afraid of losing than anything else. They are very worried for the likes of O'Connor, Griffiths, Black and Zalukis since they are likely to be aggressive and it could go wrong for them

there will be plenty who don;t give a fuck because it doesn't features the dons I'm sure but I will be watching it. For these fans there's a lot at stake, I'd say this is bigger than any of the previous old scum finals.

 

I don't particularly want either side to win, just hoping for a cracking game but I think this will be a very cagey match unless theres an early goal

 

Really looking forward to this and it's not often i will actually watch a scottish football match that doesn't feature the dons. Yes i'm disappointed Aberdeen won't be there tomorrow after messing up another great opportunity but have to move on and build for next season.

 

Other teams on much smaller budgets than our own have outclassed us this season and show that it is more than possible to get success without infinite money available in the transfer market.
