actually i dinna really know what to expect from this england side.

 

on paper they are poor, full of past it players like gerrard or unproven types like wellbeck.

yet they held out against one of the better sides in france.

so im still confused.

they held out by putting 8 outfield players on their 18 yard box, France couldn't unlock that. I thought the French looked tired or even dis-interested at times too. Sweden will throw everything at England tonight as they have to or they are fucked.

 

this is a different game for them and I do think England will take it by the odd goal but I'm obviously hoping I'm wrong
