fine-n-dandy
I'm pretty sure he will be spoken about quite a lot over the coming months & hopefully all for the right reasons So he should probably have his own thread. Anyway, when did he last sign a contract & how long was it?Hope it's not the standard two year deal about to expire next Summer? Link to comment

fine-n-dandy
I'd get rid now as he's too small. Two inches shorter than wee Chesney at 5ft 4" Yeah get rid before he believes he's made it & becomes a hate figure. Get rid whilst we can still respect him. Link to comment
ericblack4boss
I'd get rid now as he's too small. you'll get a job on the scouting staff for that, next you'll be saying Shaun maloney is too small, or Herman Hriedersson is "no better than what we currently have" Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Hope young Ryan doesn't read this & get the wrong idea. Some of these comments may be taken seriously by him, they may go right over his head. Link to comment

But yeah up here against academy he was a complete stand out. Link to comment

Stoney
Obviously been working very hard over the summer, reminded me a lot of joe miller in the county game, would be good to have an out and and winger firing balls into the box. Fair play to him! Bit nervious about this not wanting to burn him out blickers the EE are running with today, boy has worked hard to get into the team only started 1 game and already this shite about burning him out is being printed. tup
Joe Miller Let's hope not, or we're in for 19 shite games in a row from him now, before he scores a hat-trick and plays like Johan Cruyff once in a blue moon to just about justify his place in the squad. Link to comment
Stoney
Bit harsh on super joe, he wasnt that bad !!!! Link to comment

tup
Bit harsh on super joe, he wasnt that bad !!!! He was the most frustrating footballer ever as he was capable of absolute brilliance but only ever displayed it when the mood took him. Link to comment

tup
Yes we're well underway to ruining Fraser's career already a la John Fleck etc. He's obviously a good young player. That's it. I detest all this hyperbole. Link to comment
Stoneybloke
All this talking him up will just result in him going off to some championship club to play in the reserves or sit on the bench. When they think they are good, they never want to stay. Link to comment

I'd prefer if we just said 'Ryan Fraser looks promising' and left it at that. When he's had twenty or thirty appearances where he displays similar standards we can start shouting about him. tup
You're still sare that he ripped Wick apart, aren't you? He didna, in fact I thought he was pretty poor in that game, the Academy left back got man of the match. He'll have good games and bad games but comparing him to Jimmy Johnstone at 18, after one man of the match performance, will do him no favours in future when the inevitable bad games arrive.
