Hearts winning would have been robbery, they didnt deserve to win.........but i dont think we did either, think looking at both keepers neither had much of a save to make.

We had two shots on target, hearts had 1 (and hit the post) draw very fair over the course. No creativity in the middle.

 

We were camped in their half the whole second half pretty much and were constantly pinging crosses into the box. We were unlucky not to win. They got the break of the ball 9 times out of 10. Just one of those days, but an even game and a draw a fair result as you later said? No chance!

Yup, as i said a lot of crosses into the box, but we failed to take advantage of any of them.

 

Draw was a fair result, we had two shots on target, thats no unlucky thats dreadfull finishing again.

 

Unlucking would be hitting the post on the last minute and the ball not going in.....

Dont agree with this "we dominated the game" Nonsense, apart from Jack i cant remember their keeper being under any stress at all, we had a lot of decent balls into the box - but they were never in danger of conceding *apart from the afore mentioned offord in the first half,

 

They held the ball well, we edged it 52% - 48%

 

We didnt do nearly enough to win.

The only reason they got 48% was the amount of time their keeper held onto the ball for and the fact for the first 20 mins we

Defended the 1/2 way line and they were playing it a cross the backline for 2 mins before

Really enjoyed the game yesterday, probably the most entertaining 0-0 i've been to in a very long time.

 

We played some great stuff and can't really fault anyone in the team for effort and attitude.

this was a game we would DEFINITELY have lost last season, so to be gutted at a point shows how much we're slowly but surely improving.

Aberdeen put in 120 minutes in a tough cup tie the night before Hearts game with Liverpool.

 

We are maybe just fitter or a better team than them this season?

I thought it was another good solid performance. Encouraging to think we have been so solid in every game so far this season.

 

Just need Vernon's form/luck to turn and possibly hand him a strike partner for a change and we will start scoring.

Should play him with Fallon or McManus alongside him against St. Mirren. They sometimes like to play with 3 Centre Halves so one up front will be a nightmare against them.

 

The difference between Hearts playing well or poor is Templeton. If he's on it then so are they.

I can't be sure we will, but our starting 11, if kept fit, are more than capable of doing it, from what I've seen this season. I would certainly fancy our chances.

Playing 4-5-1 at home will not get us into the top 6, teams are quite happy with a draw up here, as Ross County and Hearts have proved already.
