Stoney
Sorry must have missed our other shots on target.......... Hearts winning would have been robbery, they didnt deserve to win.........but i dont think we did either, think looking at both keepers neither had much of a save to make. 2 Link to comment
Dynamo
We had two shots on target, hearts had 1 (and hit the post) draw very fair over the course. No creativity in the middle. We were camped in their half the whole second half pretty much and were constantly pinging crosses into the box. We were unlucky not to win. They got the break of the ball 9 times out of 10. Just one of those days, but an even game and a draw a fair result as you later said? No chance! Link to comment

No chance!Yup, as i said a lot of crosses into the box, but we failed to take advantage of any of them. Draw was a fair result, we had two shots on target, thats no unlucky thats dreadfull finishing again. Unlucking would be hitting the post on the last minute and the ball not going in..... Bamber
Dont agree with this "we dominated the game" Nonsense, apart from Jack i cant remember their keeper being under any stress at all, we had a lot of decent balls into the box - but they were never in danger of conceding *apart from the afore mentioned offord in the first half, They held the ball well, we edged it 52% - 48% We didnt do nearly enough to win. Not good enough! The only reason they got 48% was the amount of time their keeper held onto the ball for and the fact for the first 20 mins we Defended the 1/2 way line and they were playing it a cross the backline for 2 mins beforePlaying back o keeper. Once Hayes started supporting Vermont at goal kicks and kick outs the goalie had to kick longAfter taking as long as possible We had 52% trying to win the game they had 42% trying to not lose and6% trying o win Link to comment

Henry
Once Hayes started supporting Vermont What a state he's in, he's no chance of becoming a New England striker in this form. 1 1 Link to comment
StandFree1982
Really enjoyed the game yesterday, probably the most entertaining 0-0 i've been to in a very long time. We played some great stuff and can't really fault anyone in the team for effort and attitude. Even Clark was alright when he came on... Link to comment
fifered
did i say the performance was a disgrace? i wasnt there, so i cant what im saying is, we cant afford to boss games and not capitalise by winning them well, not if we want to be up in 1st, 2nd or 3rd anyway vernon needs to pull his finger out, hes getting chances nowDisgrace was completely the wrong way to describe that game, not the first time your grasp of the English language has let you down though. Byrne Baby Byrne
this was a game we would DEFINITELY have lost last season, so to be gutted at a point shows how much we're slowly but surely improving. Doubt we'd have lost it. Think it would have just been 0-0 but a lot more boring and with us creating less chances! Link to comment
StandFree1982
Not taking anything away from our own performance, but Hearts were fucking awful. On that display I'd be very surprised if they are challenging for 2nd place near the business end of the season. Link to comment

To be fair, we got Hearts at a great time. They put a lot in to the Liverpool game. They'll be there or thereabouts at the end of the season. Link to comment

Aberdeen put in 120 minutes in a tough cup tie the night before Hearts game with Liverpool. We are maybe just fitter or a better team than them this season? Link to comment

Dandydon D
I thought it was another good solid performance. Encouraging to think we have been so solid in every game so far this season. Just need Vernon's form/luck to turn and possibly hand him a strike partner for a change and we will start scoring. On a side note, thats one of the weakest Hearts teams I have seen in a long time, whether they just played Liverpool or not they look shite. Link to comment

Should play him with Fallon or McManus alongside him against St. Mirren. They sometimes like to play with 3 Centre Halves so one up front will be a nightmare against them. The difference between Hearts playing well or poor is Templeton. If he's on it then so are they. Link to comment

I can't be sure we will, but our starting 11, if kept fit, are more than capable of doing it, from what I've seen this season. I would certainly fancy our chances. Link to comment
The Boofon
I predict we'll have the exact same points, wins, draws and losses but win it by a goal in goal difference. Link to comment
Stoney
Playing 4-5-1 at home will not get us into the top 6, teams are quite happy with a draw up here, as Ross County and Hearts have proved already. Link to comment
