phoenix
Kelt ! There's a 50:50 chance that you too will be a senile old git one day and a fairly cantankerous one too , I would think. A little compassionate understanding now will be money in the bank for your own time spent in the land of the decrepit. And time keeps on tick...tick...ticking into the future. Link to comment

Podge
I can understand why some people in city centres at rush hour get annoyed at cyclists as some are mental and cycle like idiots. I don't understand folk that get mental at cyclists when they aren't even in the way on a road somewhere in the country! Link to comment

Even had a car stop yesterday as there was a car coming towards him and he didn't want to pull out past me with a car coming in opposite direction. That might be because you're running towards the traffic coming towards you as opposed to cars coming from behind. Maybe something for cyclists to consider? Link to comment

Podge
Aye but if you're cycling at 25 mph and were on the other side of a country road against the direction of cars... even less time for them to react if they're going at 60 or 70 towards the cyclist Link to comment
