a don in oz
Damn we are keeping them pegged in now... but still not putting it in to the net again. Link to comment
a don in oz
And it's flipped around now and they're keeping us on the back foot. Magennis on for Osbourne too. Link to comment
a don in oz
Overall a pretty poor performance here. Nothing like the standard we've had recently. Still 1-1 as I'm watching but into injury time. Link to comment
The Boofon
I'll take a draw all things considered. Late arrival is no proper preparation for the game so it's not a surprise we started the first half poorly. Link to comment
Admin Bebo Posted October 20, 2012 Admin Share Posted October 20, 2012 All those dropped points, could easily have been sitting 1st... what could have been... anyway. Current table. Not bad really. 1 1 Link to comment

St Johnstone have went on a right old run of late. They were struggling at the start of the season but have climbed up to 2nd pretty much unnoticed. Makes our away win there seem that bit better. We absolutely pummeled them as well. Link to comment

Ke1t
It's nice to be complaining about points that would have seen us top of the table, rather than points that might see us clear of relegation. I guess we should enjoy it while we can, because shit's going to get real with our debt soon enough. 1 Link to comment
Redstar
Jute goal has to be down to Langfield...he seems incapable of holding onto anything harder than a pass back...this cu*t is holding the team back 1 4 Link to comment

robbojunior
Just watching alba now. We've actually not played too bad first half. Some good movement and spells of passing.Considering we've played the half with only ten men that's good to see. Link to comment

muttonhumper
Disappointing result. Any chance we had of winning vanished when Milsom came on for Rae (was he injured)?Would actually have been better playing with 10 men. A complete abortion of an effort.Obviously still nowhere near read for a return to the fray. Link to comment
Sandafc
Im not sure id say it was a disappointing result, draw at Tannadice is not a bad result really, although we clearly didnt play as well as we have done recently. Didnt really get things going in the first half but played better in second half. Langfield actually had a decent game for a change at Utd, made two good saves in the second half and that was in front of the Utd fans too. Link to comment
Sandafc
Agree with Muttonhumper, Milsom was so far off the pace, clearly needs games but didnt look fit to me. Link to comment
Stoneybloke
Agree with Muttonhumper, Milsom was so far off the pace, clearly needs games but didnt look fit to me.There's no way he could be fit. Wrong time and game to bring him on. Rae is a major force in the team. Don't understand why he was subbed. He gave a good interview on Alba at half time, said it's great to be back home playing for the team he has always supported. Top bloke. Link to comment

But for this one, we had the momentum. Playing well, scoring goals and winning the last few weeks. They hadn't scored since August and were 5 without a win and sitting second bottom. I'd say it was a missed opportunity.Should have been sitting 2nd tonight. Link to comment
wilm1542
Considering form we should have beaten United. However derby games never follow form and a point at Tannadice is a fair result. Also i have been impressed with the teams ability to get back into games after falling behind as in recent seasons we would just lie down after losing a goal or 2. The positive is that we have bottom of the table Dundee at home next which we should win at a canter going by their recent results. 2 points dropped today but still 3rd and well in contention at this point. muttonhumper
I think we missed Jack badly today. It's a severe blow the long term nature of his injury. Link to comment
RUL
Hard game to analyse, pretty poor first, better second, quite a few inconsistent performances. I thought Clangers should have done better with goal but what a stop second half. Liked Fraser and McGinn, osbourne and Anderson were main boys for inconsistency, they were either brilliant or awful, sometimes within the same passage of play. Overall, happy with a point Link to comment

Reynolds definately could have, was beaten far too easily by Russell (very good player but still) and was pretty awful the whole of the first half. Link to comment
