Unless They're Lying, Men Are Happier With Their Sex Lives Than Women Think!

According to a new survey of married couples, more men than women are happy with their sex lives. Specifically, 80 percent of men reported being very happy or happy with their sex lives, as opposed to 61 percent of women. If that's the case, why are many women's magazines so busy telling ladies how to do sex better? When such a high percentage of men are pleased with the bedroom action, is it necessary to teach women how to fuck backwards and upside down between subway cars just to keep their man satisfied?

 

To answer the last question, likely not. But it does keep a whole bunch of products and services selling briskly to make women think they're not as desired as it turns out they are. But I digress...

 

Some stats from the survey:

- women surveyed thought that just over half their husbands were happy or very happy with their sex lives, when in fact, over three-quarters of them were (men on the other hand, seemed to over-estimate).

- biggest turn-on for men was their wife in sexy clothes

- the most wanted activity men want is pretty much a tie: between more oral and women to initiate sex more often; women on the other hand want more foreplay

- and 42 percent of women say their spouse never watches online porn, while only 21 percent of men report never watching online porn

I'm surprised at he 80% stat for men being happy with their sex lives, thought it would be way lower!

I bet the majority of those guys the answered "yes I am happy" were asked while with their wife / girlfriend at the time. "Erm, yes...it's erm....it's good....we erm...do it at least, once? maybe twice?.....once a month. But thats ok, I don't mind. I don't need it anymore than that, do I dear?" as he feels the glare from his missus burning through him as he answers the question.

The "unattainable" is far more alluring than having your own missus in sexy underwear. This is proven by the number of men who end up cheating on their girlfriends / wives with someone who is uglier than their other halve, but it's the thrill of being with someone different. You just need to look at Hugh Grant, Wayne Rooney and others. They went off with women that were FAR inferior to their own missus.

 

Not saying it's right, but it's something built into the male that makes us want something we've not already got.
