I suspect that the reason will simply be unfair monetary distribution. A radical solution is the only answer - each league should tot up its total income and divide it evenly amongst all clubs - let the better teams get the reward and glory of Europe but not the money. Juventus are miles clear o Napoli

Irish league had only played one game which kind of makes it difficult to assess too.
