buchanskii
Heaps of it. Really good for the mind, body and soul. I've been getting 12 hours a day recently and I feel like a million bucks. You can never get enough sleep IMO. Tup told us all this 3 years ago Link to comment
Poodler
Bid up all night Friday and Saturday on the piss, still haven't caught up with it, bastard. Link to comment
dave_min
I like to go to bed at 7:30pm every night. Link to comment
Jigot
No matter what time I'm sleeping at, I always wake at 5-30am. Being a paper then a milk laddie, all those years ago, instilled this steelness that I possess to this day. Man the fuck up people! Link to comment
reekie_dock
Couple beers and a 10mg diazepam does trick for me fresh as a daisy. Link to comment

I both pity and envy you, being able to wake up at 5.30am reliably. On one hand I really enjoy a good kip but on the other I wish I was better at getting out of bed on work days. The problem is that when I wake up, usually thoughts of returning to sleep dominate, not thoughts of rushing out of bed Im getting better though - been managing a 6.30am rise recently. Jigot
It can be bugger when I wake on a day off. Always been the same. I try to go back to sleep but I'm choking for a stand up then a sit doon. Once I'm up, the games a bogey. I miss taking my dog up the Golfie for an hour in the mornings and that was the main reason to get up. Link to comment
