i'll pretty much always choose my bed over a night out. :sheepdance: that said, i thought you were supposed to need less sleep as you aged, but i seem to need more. i'm going to try for a solid 10 tonight by getting to bed earlier. thanks, Tup!

No bother, the pleasure is all mine, I like to help my fellow beings out with the type of advice I myself have felt the benefit of.

Mobile phones can disrupt sleep, as can any electronic equipment.

I was reading last night about how the mobile giants can reverse engineer your phone to make it a microphone, even if it's switched off, by covertly installing a piece of software on it wirelessly.

So basically they can listen to you in your own house, if they wanted to.

All it takes is a police request for surveillance.

The only way to prevent it is to remove the battery from the phone.

I never got to sleep until 22.30 last night, had football so adrenaline was pumping, and then my head was spinning with all this McInnes pish I was getting texts about.

I got up at 7am, meaning a meagre 8.5 hrs sleep last night.

I still feel great today though, as the McInnes pish looks to be unfounded nonsense.
