Though in the case of McInnes it's for differing reasons. Tup dislikes him because he's Weeg, Kelt dislikes him because he's a poor manager. Their energy levels being compromised is sometimes related to intellectual deficiencies but without exception, those who nap are boring bastards. That's the technical definition. nonsense. the people who yammer on to anyone who listens about how they need a nap are boring. those who actually just disappear for 20 or 30 minutes for a nap, wake all full of piss and vinegar and are ready to do stuff. minijc Posted September 5, 2013 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Personally not one for napping but I was advised to swap one of my training sessions a week for a nap instead, I've not done it yet but will do it over the next 4 weeks, sleep has a lot to do with your weight and if a 30min nap can help me shift some then I'll start napping. Jigot Posted September 6, 2013 Share Posted September 6, 2013 I started back at work on Monday and have nodded off at lunchtimes and right after my tea, sleeping 10-11 hrs a night. That is until tonight, when my herniated disc in my lumber region fucked up again, so I'm in agony. The fact that I am off the scoop and caffeine and drinking only green tea is making me more fuckin miserable. Link to comment
