Sorry to hear he's terminal. Just discovered another author I really liked when I was younger died in the middle of 2012. Harry Harrison, author of the initially great Stainless Steel Rat series (a series that would become progressively poorer), and the Eden books. If you've seen Soylent Green, that was one of Harrison's novels, originally called Make Room! Make Room! Soylent Green is people. Link to comment
