ive got this dilema having bought over here too. if ever move away what to do with it. gotta rent it out iguess.

 

still im glad i was smart enoughnae to waste 6years of rent.

 

No idea how things are selling now bluto, Delft should be OK for renting but means you have to dip into the savings when buying somewhere else...

 

I plan on moving back in a few years time, miss my Dutch life and living on a beach that gets temps of up to around 35 in the summer. It was 13 here a couple of days ago, a wee break in the clouds and half of Aberdeen are out in shorts and tshirts while I'm still wondering around in my winter jacket.

You're in a good spot there, should always attract renters or buyers.

 

 

Always been led to believe the housing market here was immune to bubbles and collapses. So your story doesn't tie with my Intel.

 

Still either way they are long term investments ones which you can actually use as opposed to a pension or shares.
