Ke1t
Before CGI there was... Ray Harryhausen. Anyone who grew up in the 70s and 80s would have seen his stuff in the big talkies of the day... that's what we used to call them, the Talkies. He could create monsters where there were no monsters, and transport us to a land of trolls and goblins and ogres and orcs. If you can imagine Ibrox, but made of plasticine. Anyway, he's deid. I thought he died years ago, but apparently not. So that was Ray. Thanks for all the cool shit. http://youtu.be/3qvo4arzVS0 Link to comment

Kilkito
His Daughter lives in a huge house on the battlefield of Killiekrankie, a very nice lady indeed, when we wandered through her land looking at it, she came over and chatted away quite the thing. Used to love Jason and the Argonauts, great scene when the skeletons come out the ground and attack them! Link to comment

Kilkito
Ahh, it was back in the days when the good movies were only on at Christmas time, and you would excitedly go through the Radio Times to see what was on during the holidays, none of this everything at your fingertips, watch on your mobile, ipad business...
