ChutneyLove
60 years since folk climbed it first. I'd quite like to go up it. Anyone climbed any big mountains (Brimmond Hill doesn't count)? Link to comment
Dynamo
Climbed Benacchie a couple of times. I was reading about this yesterday http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-22680192 Link to comment
daytripping
I've scaled the North face of Brimmond hill many times, can't see any reason why it wouldn't count. Also done Benacchie once, was windy. Link to comment
looksgoodinred
i'm afraid of heights, but have forced myself the last few years to do things about it. but i doubt i'll be climbing any high peaks, ever. in honour of this anniversary though, this guy made the highest base jump off Everest.. 23,680 feet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHC3V1fGSh0 Link to comment

Brimmond.. when I was a loon I used to play as a ringer for their fitba team. One of my mate's cousins was there for a while and they needed a defender. Some scary, scary kids in that place. Played a game against Peterheid prison one time, so that was a lot of fun Link to comment

cow
What is the point of going up a hill just to come back down? Same as skiing, what is the need to be freezing cold half way up a mountain and risk breaking a bone or two? Hill walkers.(especially in the winter can GTF also) Look at me. I achieved something...... hiv ye fuck, poke it. This. I remember I went with my father, mother and lesbian sister to climb Ben Ann. I decided not to climb and arrived in the pub seven hours earlier. My Parents and the dyke have since apologised. 1 Link to comment

Go in there and the next time you come out it will be feet first. Was good growing up near there, was at least one escape a week, police everywhere. Link to comment

Especially those going out in poor conditions, asking for trouble. Link to comment
The Boofon
This. I remember I went with my father, mother and lesbian sister to climb Ben Ann. I decided not to climb and arrived in the pub seven hours earlier. My Parents and the dyke have since apologised. For what? Pretending a walk is a climb. Ben A'nn should take no more than 3 hours up and down and it isn't a climb it's a walk. As you were. Link to comment

In reality I expect he's way different from his persona here, perhaps a young lad living in his mums box room where nothing ever happens. Takes all sorts, I don't mind. Link to comment

looksgoodinred
My missus had a job there years ago. Said it was full of old cunts riding the fuck out of each other and wanking off on purpose when you came in to check on them. Sounded like a nice little carry on to end your days. men are in high demand in assisted living/nursing homes it appears. so bring a good supply of condoms with you. According to a study published in the Student British Medical Journal, rates of sexually transmitted disease among U.S., Canadian and British baby boomers have doubled over the last decade as fewer seniors are practicing safe sex. The study also found that 80 percent of adults between 50 and 90 years of age are sexually active. Data collected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that there were 706 cases of syphilis diagnosed among U.S. adults aged 45-54 in 2000 and 179 in those aged 55-64; by 2010 the numbers had risen to 2,056 and 493, respectively. A similar increase was seen in cases of Chlamydia. In 2010, there were 16,106 in the 45-54 age group diagnosed with the Chlamydia, versus 5,601 in 2000, and 1,110 cases in adults aged 55-64 in 2000, compared with 3,523 in 2010. http://www.mnn.com/health/fitness-well-being/blogs/std-rates-skyrocketing-among-seniors Link to comment
