muttonhumper
Could well turn out to be a decent signing this.I'm hopeful anyway. Could well wreak havoc among SPL defences.Reasonable goals return over last couple of seasons too. Welcome aboard Calvin. Link to comment
Stoney
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22812701 Gregg Wylde plus a new 'keeper and a left back will make for a fucking fantastic transfer window imo. Just said the same thing on twitter........ Link to comment
Huntlysheep
Got a great feeling this season actually think 2nd is ours. With a few more additions. Link to comment
Sheeptastic
Burton offered him a new deal, so it ain't like we are picking up League 2 rejects with this one.At first I thought it was a reject journeyman but having looked into it this could be a shrewd signing. Strong, tricky and a goalscorer. It seems as though we'll have beaten league one clubs to his signature. Welcome Calvin! Link to comment

No one really knows yet... fingers crossed on this one. Link to comment

Sheeptastic
dont know why, but im delighted with thisDon't think we would have signed another striker if Broon was in charge, a good signal of intent from Del. Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
After a good season in League 2 where else was he going to go? League 1? If he impressed in League 1 then he'd get a gig at the Championship. So really - players doing well at League 2 is pretty much our level in terms of picking up English based players. Unless we are taking gadgies that never play like Milsom from Fulham I predict Zola will score at least 40 goals next season - COYR 3 Link to comment
Sonoftherock
Name the keeper, sotr. Now. Out of respect for my source I will not. He's no one that anyone will have heard of anyway. He's played only a handful of games. Also, source didn't elaborate on what stage we were at with negotiations. Player also appears to be under contract too - so it may well be a loan. I'll let you know if I hear anything. 1 1 Link to comment

A GK was being put through his paces on Friday morning over on the King's Links. Anybody else see this? I thought that unless one of our young keepers were coming back from injury, then we must have someone in on trial on the down-low. Link to comment

There wasn't the slightest mention of even a press conference this morning! "A goal-shy, journeyman for much of his career, this player certainly isn't going to shift many season tickets..." Seems a bit harsh on him. 3 clubs in his last 8 seasons is hardly journeymen. A goal average of 1 in 3 during the last 4 seasons hardly puts him in the category of goal-shy either. Setting the bar low with your exclusive has made the actual announcement a bit more enjoyable though... 5 Link to comment
