Just a follow up to this post:

 

All hot towel shaves are not created equal.

 

I recently tried a different place from usual - and it was crap.

 

A completely different experience, not at all luxurious, actually pretty crap. It was a woman who shaved me this time, so maybe (as they dont shave their own chops) they are less knowlegeable / skilled as to what they are doing.
