League Wins In A Row

Motherwell have just recorded their 6th league win in a row, their best run this century.

 

With the Dons currently on 4, I was wondering when the last time was that we managed four in a row in the league. Perhaps under JC in his first season?? I certainly can't remember us winning 5 in a row since the turn of the century.

 

I'll trawl through afc heritage site when I have time, but would be grateful if any clued up Dandies could shed light on this.

Sure i read somewhere that 1998 was the last time we won 4 in a row.

This will be the third time this season we have won 4 in a row in all competitions, but 4 in a row in the league since JC in 2008. 5 wins in a row hasn't been done since 1992/93 season

Cheers. Had a look there myself and JC managed it twice in his first season, and once in his final season.

 

Would be superb to match a record set by an excellent Dons side, and another mark of the strides we are making under McInnes.
