Dynamo
Always thought out season ticket prices were one of the better deals in the league and expected an increase. 16% increase isn't a great sound bite though is it. PATG staying at £23 then. Link to comment
Bluto10
Well the club can always rely on Harcus' and Tup's income. 2 Link to comment
The Boofon
No 10 game tickets next season for offshore and emergency service people?Poor show if that is the case. That should also be extended to shift workers. Link to comment
oilcat
Kinda shot themselves in the foot here I think, 16% is a fair hike in price and it looks as if they have binned the free under 12 season tickets as well. £80 extra for me and the bairn Link to comment
Stoney
Oh well - I just went from getting a season ticket next season to not bothering in the space of one tweet. One cup and you ramp the prices up, You can stick it. Link to comment
dave_min
Will (new) shareholders get a discount? I view my Season Ticket as me doing my bit to help my club, don't really care if I save money or not. Although, I don't actually have one this season as I don't want that Failure Hun-cunt managing MY Club, good call Dave Link to comment

This season £293Next season £342 Nice way to reward the fans for sticking by the team. When are AFC going to realize that they are pricing themselves out of the market here. Link to comment
Tord31
16% increase ouch! will renew in any event. the offshore ticket and student six will still be in operation - they have never shouted those from the rooftops in previous seasons either Link to comment

Tord31
I think its really a statement from AFC that were trying to bag 8k season ticket holders paying £50 extra each as opposed to trying for 10k overall which might have been realistic with a 0-5% increase Link to comment

Now I'll be taking the daughter into toon and getting her some clothes on my week off next week. Will probably get myself a couple of pairs of trainers too. Feel sorry for the folk that have backed them through thick and thin the past couple of seasons when we have been rank, real kick in the teeth for them. Link to comment
oilcat
Canna understand that strategy Tord, I think they will struggle to sell 8K (I hope Im wrong) but surely it is better to have more people in the ground (as you say maybe sell 10K) than heaps of empty seats Link to comment
vanderark14
how do our prices compare to the rest of the league? Link to comment
MightyDons
A little disappointed with the increase, but history has told us that we will simply not going to get anything more than 8-10k season ticket holders. We also need to realise that we fund the football club and a successful team will cost money. This season will likely be my first season ticket purchase in more than 5 years. Link to comment

Not fishing but they're saying a non early bird season ticket will save 20% on PATG prices...£365 + 20% = £438/19 (home games) = £23.05... Link to comment
oilcat
Just had a look at Hibs ST prices for next season.....F*cking hell some people will be due a refund if they go down, £405 for the new stand!! Link to comment
Stoney
how do our prices compare to the rest of the league? Compared with our competition, Motherwell. Most expensive is the same at £399 for our main, their phil o donnell But much cheaper for the other options East Stand is £295.00 and Davie Cooper £314 - Compares with our £342.00 BIggest and most notable difference for me however U16 Ticket it £70 We have no U16 option but concession in the merkland £114 Seems they have the right idea about getting kids in about to the stadium and the benefit it has, have to say the well bois are fantastic at generating an atmosphere and would be surprised if any of them are over 18 Link to comment

Really for the folk pissing and moaning. It's £3 a game extra. Tough times all over the country but really? An extra £3. £1.50 a week given we play home then away. It's hardly ball busting. Just have 1 less pint pre match and your match day experience remains the same price. You'll be 1 pint less pissed but have a tinnie before you head out to dull that pain. The Boofon
Just as fuckin well we didn't do the double. The money saved by not going to the Scottish Cup final more than pays for the increase. A smart move by the club losing to St Johnstone. Always thinking of the fans. In other news if you buy a Black and Gold ticket you get a free strip. How do they know what size you are? 2 Link to comment
Stoney
what about the rest of the league? Dunno - will check the rest of the top 6 later. Although not sure who would be the best for comparison. Nobody is filling the their stadium and its about time prices came down, not further up. Link to comment
Stoney
what about the rest of the league? St Johnston havnt got theirs up yet. Although most expensive last year was cheaper than our lowest for next season, deary me £330 for their dearest. Then other two options of £295 and £250. Link to comment
K-9
26 quid to turn up on day and pay at turnstyles is just a massive og. 24 if book in advance but get £1 booking fee slapped on top. The booking fee nonsense must be binned. Link to comment

This could end up being a massive own goal by the club Link to comment
