I'm loving these requests to Google. Idiots like him are trying to cover stuff up only for some blogger to realise they're doing it and bring them right back into the public eye

I'm liking this. I wouldn't have a problem if there was some genuine reason like the article was completely inaccurate. Funny to see Google is sending emails to the owners/writers of the articles they are "delisting" and I'm assuming they are getting the reaction they were looking for with articles like the Guardians. If the requests only result in only further publicising the original story then Google will be hoping it makes people think twice before submitting a request.

The content is still on-line, google UK/EU just wont give you a link. People will just search using google.com for the non filtered version if they really want to find something so the ruling is pointless.
