V for Vendetta
Nae idea what unfashionable is supposed to mean in the context of that quote. But if he means "clubs that have been shite for years" then he's quite right. We were eye bleed inducingly shite for a long time. Link to comment

Pudgie
Imrie said: “I have watched unfashionable clubs like Killie, St Mirren and Aberdeen win it in the last few seasons. Sorry Doog, that's all I saw in that article. Link to comment
Tord31
Another tuppence worth in the League Cup versus Scottish Cup debate. I think given the League Cup for us would be retaining it and hence a big achievement then this season both cups are equal to AFC. Agree wholeheartedly that to the outsider the Scottish Cup has the edge. More money, euro place, older trophy, last game of season, more clubs in tournament. Link to comment
dave_min
Never heard of this boy. Also never realised Hamilton had been promoted. Link to comment
jassb
Not going to bother reading the article, but is this the same Hamilton that had 730 fans watching a cup tie at home on Saturday? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28604381 Link to comment
Nelly
Never heard of this boy. Also never realised Hamilton had been promoted. Not surprised, career in the lower leagues, signed for fees of £45k, £35k, £25k and frees, career highlight is scoring an extra time penalty in the 2nd round of the league cup. Well below our radar. Bluto10
Too many unfashionable monkey clubs in Scotland that's the problem. Just what's the point of 19 folk attending Hamilton?Or 7 for a ICT home game.Fuckin joke teams. Scotland should adopt a US style Ssuper team league with only decent clubs in it. Link to comment
tutankamun
He says: "Lesser teams have won the League Cup and who’s to say Hamilton can’t go all the way and win it?" I'm trying to think of a lesser team than Hamilton who have won the League Cup?? Livi and Raith spring to mind but I'm sure they were established top division sides at the time. Link to comment
