Pudgie
As far as I'm aware there is no legal definition for a woman taking advantage of a man. It's not called rape anyway.I'm pretty sure it is. Google at work is deciding it's on it's lunch break, but was there not a case of two lassies capturing a guy and raping him whilst he was tied up? The poor bastard certainly wasn't lucky as they were both absolute monsters iirc. Link to comment

Non-consensual penetration with something other than a penis is defined as Sexual Assault by Penetration. For those who've experienced sexual violence that involved penetration by something other than a penis, whoever the perpetrator was, these legal definitions can feel restrictive, and as if their experience is not considered as serious". I'd just assumed that all non consensual sex was rape. Viagra could have been used or much like from the female perspective he could have been to drunk to know and consent to what he was doing. Seems like a daft argument that "well he managed to get it up" is essentially what is being used to prevent non consensual female on male sex being described as rape. Link to comment

Viagra doesn't make you sexually aroused min. You need to be aroused for it to work. I stuck it in a boy at works drink once and then panicked, thought if I stuck one in my drink too it would soften the blow if he had a heart attack or something. Neither of us ended up with stiffies but I had a mad sensation running up and down my legs. Link to comment
a don in oz
Bet he's relieved he spunked on the carpet. Dodged a bullet there. If he's been in her he doesn't need to have blown his load to have left DNA... Link to comment
DD1903
That's not the Scottish definition, but it is very similar. I'd imagine a guy being forced to pump a burd would be some sort of sexual assualt. The new definition of rape in Scotland now includes males raping males. Used to be sodomy for that. The Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009 states that rape occurs when a person intentionally or recklessly penetrates another person’s vagina, anus or mouth with their penis, where the victim does not consent and the person responsible has no reasonable belief that the victim is giving consent. In circumstances where penetration is initially consented to but consent is later withdrawn, the person responsible will have committed rape. The victim can be male or female. http://www.wecanstopit.co.uk/what_is_the_law.aspx Link to comment
a don in oz
Assume the bloke can put in a counter-claim that she raped him in that case? Aye, good luck with that. Link to comment

Scots Law is different. And women have in the past been convicted of the Common Law offence of Rape - defined as "forcibly inserting their male member into another without consent". This was an "art and part" conviction - "aiding and abetting" as it is more widely (but incorrectly) known. If you are guilty of an offence by art and part, you are guilty of the same offence as if you actually carried it out on your own. In the example above, a women assisted a man in raping a women by restraining her. --- I believe the worst a women can be prosecuted with at the moment would be "sexual assault" Link to comment
