They seem to think that the tax payers have bailed us out.

"Another Scottish club writes off millions in debt to a publicly owned bank and it's treated like a great thing by the same hypocrites who were lecturing Rangers about debt a few years back. How much tax payers money has been wasted by these banks to pay off debts at Killie, Aberdeen ,Hearts ,Dunfermline and others over the past few years?"

"This 100% and anyone who thinks this is acceptable is part of the problem. All our troubles were started by llyods bank and we were paying them back at a much bigger rate than any of these cunts. This should never be overlooked."

I see a share issue could be used to raise money for the stadium. How much could you expect to raise from this kind of thing realistically? Being debt free will mean we have the sale of pittodrie in the bank to go towards the stadium instead of servicing the debt!

You could raise at least £1,000.000 - couldn't see it being much over that, unless it was sold in a way that you were basically helping the club build a new future etc. then you might be able to raise more.

While its great the club is now debt free, brilliant news, I fail to understand how the club can be valued at 150 million.

When we talked about selling Pittodrie we only spoke about 15-20 million for the ground so where does the remaining 35 million come from.

Anyone got an answer on this
