DD1903
Really don't understand how we can have the best travelling support in the country yet have easily the worst at home.More weegies in the away support. Makes all the difference 2 Link to comment
Stoney
I'd honestly not have been worried a fuck about missing us drawing with Dundee. Its not really an acceptable result even if your 10-0 down. Drawing at home with shite like St Mirren and Dundee, then bottling the celtic game (or certain players bottling the celtic game) is whats going to cost us the league. We should be miles clear at the top. Link to comment

You'd might as well stick another star up if this is going to continue for the rest of the year After reading people's reasonings, I still can't for the life of me fathom out why you'd leave if there's only one or two goals in it. The guy that sits next to me has done it at near every game he's sat there. It's usually met with "how the fuck could you leave when you're (scoreline) up/down. Link to comment

Robbie Winters
Heard a lad on Saturday trying to get his mates to leave early as "The English game will be better than this pish". I presume he meant the EPL game at 5:30.He left, his mates did not. Link to comment
Pudgie
The EPL game involving Newcastle Southampton? Oh haud me back. This is what happens when you have people talking up another league whilst the people in charge demean our own. 2 Link to comment
Don Fonte
Have a plus one for saving my thumbs the effort In addition to the abuse also heard one plum scream that he hadn't come to the match to watch us lose- like anyone had that in mind as their desired outcome when buying a ticket Heard this shout from someone as well. The guy was sitting up the top of section Y somewhere. On topic, I've rarely left a game early but couldn't care less if anyone does. Link to comment
robbojunior
People been leaving early to beat the traffic since the feckin 80's.... get over it. Every single club in the land have supporters (loyal ones at that) who sometimes leave a few mins early. What I don't particularly like is folk leaving 15-20 mins before the end as they can't stomach seeing the team getting beat. Was it Celtic a few years back at home, and they were something like 4-0 up after half time, and hundreds upped and left. Shocking. I often leave when the additional time board goes up, particularly if the game is in the bag. If it's tight, I'll generally stay. Getting away from the beach is a ball ache at the best of times. If you're walking or catching the bus, doesn't really impact you. Haha I love this. You say people have been leaving early to beat the traffic since the 80s so get over it,Then you say you don't like folk leaving 15-20 mins early if we're getting beat? Confused much? I don't care either way if folk leave at any time for any reason, totally up to them. I just don't particularly understand why you'd choose to do so. Link to comment

florin_raducioiu
Remember leaving early once when we were 0-0 against hibs. Went into the chipper at broadhill and heard a roar as Duncan Shearer had scored. Only left early once since and that was the 4-1 mauling at Tinkcastle from the arabs. Saturday was different as we were all over them and I always felt that if we got the second early enough then there was the chance to get something out of the game. For the sake of hitting the traffic 5-10 minutes early, I was sitting tight. People around me leaving from 4.15 onwards. Glad the players had more belief we'd turn it around than those people did. Each to their own though Link to comment

tommo1903
I think I left early once, that United game we were 3-0 down after 10 minutes at Tannadice? Can't remember as I was absolutely ruined that day. I once got started on for applauding us off the pitch. It was that Celtic game when we were 4-0 at Hampden at half time. Stayed til the end 'cos I wasn't drinking that day and didn't want to go back to the Church on the Hill before getting the bus. Someone thought I was a shit fan for applauding it and actually squared up to me. I laughed at him and he got angrier, his pals dragged him away. I would have definitely got a hiding as there was 5 or 6 of them and I was with my wee brother. Somehwat surreal that one. #ConfusedTopFan. Link to comment

ChutneyLove
I remember getting through the turnstiles about 3:25 one shitey afternoon to be met with that horrible empty noise that happens when Motherwell score at Pittodrie. A couple of my mates were coming down the steps of the Y to leave - I think it had just become 2-0 to them. I about turned and left with them. Hadn't even seen the pitch. That was just a donation to Aberdeen FC - I got no product for my cash. Link to comment

Chewie37
I've never left a game early, pisses off my mates and my Dad. Worst one for me was an end of season game one year against Dundee when we got a 1-1 draw with Brian Irvine scoring. We were gubbed after drinking at the Health Board before and winning MD20/20 in a raffle and tanning it before the game, missed both goals cos we were bored and went upstairs in the Dick Donald to see our mates. Both goals in one of the most boring games while we were in the staircase..... Link to comment
Ke1t
Why does it matter if someone leaves early? Serious question. I have enough shit to worry about just concerning me without having to worry about what other people are doing with their day. 1 Link to comment
