mavv1903
Really does baffle me some of the desicions he makes.. Too late in making subs too in the game to make an impact. No youngsters given a chance in team, even when team not playing well. But I think this has always been a thing with him since he took over. When I have seen young Wright on the odd occasion he looked a talent, what about young Joe Nuttal aswell...Not even a sniff... His subs on Sunday were confusing.. opinions ? Link to comment
ebbe
His squad's not strong enough, I think that's the problem. I know he's signed most of the squad so he's culpable there. He also needs to be far bolder in his formations, it seems the whole league with the exception of Dundee United know exactly how to play us. From now until the end of the season will be massive for him. Link to comment
mavv1903
Agree mate...He obviously does not rate Mcglaughlin or would have brought him on for Logan on Sunday..Parker is a dud so far and Robson well this season a waste of a wage...With Ryan Jack injured would have liked to see Cammy get more game time. rossafc92
McInnes is a man who, more often than not during his time as Dons boss, has brought a good plan A into most matches. As for a plan B... Link to comment
strachanmcgheegoal
I think his absolute no no is bringing on a sub who then doesn't impact the game. He seems to be almost frightened of this happening either because, through loyalty, he feels his chosen 11 should perform best (which I can understand) to an almost pathogical hatred of a situation where he feels a sub does worse in a given situation than the actual man he took off. I don't accept this latter point. If the first pick is being subbed then he's clearly not doing something right, whether it's tracking back or giving a fuck or whatever. Link to comment
mavv1903
Give a decent sub 30 mins game time, perfect time to change a game on 60 mins. Link to comment
The Boofon
Pawlett would be our best sub with the amount of diving he does. Link to comment

Tord31
A rarity from McInnes today he used all three subs.... 88,89 and 91 mins. He just doesnt like a sub. Link to comment
King Street Loon
Giving the likes of Smith 3,4,5 mins here and there is of no use to the lad.McInnes is stunting the development of young players IMO. 1 Link to comment

Tord31
I'd be tempted to think he only got a run because we were two goals up and because he won't be on the bench next week... Link to comment
mutant
He was tipped for big things before getting a couple of bad injuries , he is highly rated by the management team. Much rather he got a push than Smith who has had plenty chances and never really made any impact . You are probably right tho , same as Wright getting a cameo then not being involved again . We desperately need a proper game controlling CM. Link to comment
