It is reported that Judge Tindermann's of the EU Court of Human Rights hopes to force through an EU Directive that no photographs of convicted rapists, paedophiles and the like should be published in the media. This is to protect their 'human rights'. He hopes to get this on the statute book by mid 2017. By 2020 the EU want all 'convicted sex offenders to be housed in secure hospitals and not prisons'. The EU will decriminalise sex crimes.

Lets get out while we still can. Lets save our country and our sanity.

i do have to say i find it rather queer how Scottish papers publish names and addresses of the accused (for whatever crimes). they've not been convicted of anything yet.

 

what happens to presumption of innocence until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt? does that not hold any weight in Scottish law?

I can see a time in the not too distant future where prisons are replaced by rehab centres. The British establishment is rife with paedophilia, as we have seen in recent times, as the cracks begin to show and are widening. Even Elton John, the Brown Dirt Cowboy himself, was apprehended at an airport a few years back for possessing pictures of children that are nothing short of sick.
