daytripping
Ross McCormack at home watching on tv, baffling all the more considering the thumb is out, don't know what Strachans problem is but he's not picking him for his own personal reasons, should be in on football merit. daytripping
Scotland have the basis of a fucking good team if the right players were picked. The tried and tested route is failing, time to change it. New methods required. Naaaaa let's just keep the politics and same shit tried and tested failing route. Even fucking Northern Ireland play to their strengths and do well. Scotland well and truly becoming the shittest home nation. Allan Hutton would still get picked if his legs were broken, shambles of a player, not had a good season for years. Only thing in our favour is Brown retiring. Link to comment
Zeus
1-1, enough to keep Strachan in a job Link to comment

KidCreole
Anyone else glad that our players are not wasting energy and missing important matches with this shite. Link to comment
BWG
I'll go 3-1 us, with them either opening the scoring or us gifting them a goal at some stage. Strachan will hail the result as the team having turned a corner, fail to address our glaring weaknesses and we'll be humiliated time after time in the campaign to come. Link to comment
V for Vendetta
I'll probably end up watching although if I can find something better to do can't say I'd be bothered to miss it. I have a feeling we will get a result in this one, the pish performances will come a bit later in the campaign. I don't think Strachan is quite as bad as people make out - lets not forget how shite Levein, Smith and McLeish were to watch. Having said that I really do have to echo the complete despair at the squad selections, its almost as if the old SFA committee system was still in effect but I suspect its the stubborn pigheadedness of Strachan himself more than anything else. I'd like to see him just get on with bringing through the younger players tbh. We should only be keeping a smattering of experience in the team/squad to ease them through, not sticking with guys who have failed repeatedly out of some misplaced sense of loyalty. Ross McCormack is 30 - his time to start an international career has passed sadly.Lee Wallace is 29 and shouldn't be anywhere near the squad given the level he's been playing at the last 4 years, its too late for him now as well.Darren Fletcher should be a squad player at most and there to help the young kids coming in only.Thankfully Brown has done us a favour and packed it in.Chris Martin is crap and can feck off. We desperately need to find new players at right back, anchor midfield and centre back, just muddling through with whatever journeymen we can find in these positions just won't do, you can't do fuck all with have a team on the pitch and some shirt fillers. Panda
Scotland to scrape it 1-0, Anya with the goal. Strachan to make us all laugh with a pre-prepared quip about the weather. Link to comment

If we're ruling players out at 29 why not fill the team with young players, the Ryan Christies and the Ryan Gauld types? Link to comment
Tord31
Would be an incredible feat if we managed to fuck up world cup 2018 by half past 9 tonight. I think Strachan, one up front and Steven Fletcher we can do. We won't be coming. Link to comment
Tord31
We should be preparing for the euro qualifying - three from a group already. Rest Gordon Greer tonight imo Link to comment
Tommy
4-0 win. Easy.I think we will score so 4-1 it is. Link to comment
daytripping
23/20 is cracking odds for over 2.5 goals, i've put it in a treble with over 3.5 goals Turriff v Hibs and an England win, pays £127 for a £20 stake. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
We will win but not by the scoreline we should & Tony WTF? will likely score & unjustly convince some planks that he has earned a sniff of a call up again. Link to comment
SkyeDon
2-1 Scotland, need to win. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
2-1 Scotland, need to win.Win lose or draw matters not a fkn bit because we have no chance of getting second place under that ginger cunt.If he picks a squad like that against any other side in the group we will get fkn raped. ebbe
Wow, Hanley and Martin at the back? Surely the worst centre back pairing in history. Link to comment
ebbe
Also, how does Maloney feel seeing Barry Bannan playing when he's been told he's not there because he hasn't featured enough. Link to comment
Tord31
the four centre backs in the squad are pathetic. should be sacrificing a spot in the squad to try and bring a youngster thru. Link to comment
vanderark14
Chris Martin aside that's the lineup I'd have chosen from what's been called up. Hanley and Martin is the only option because Scotland have fuck all centre backs. Link to comment
