Haven’t really seen him much but he has a good reputation and could do well up here.

I think we'd be better looking at Kevin Nisbet, think a few have forgotten about him but been in England a while, not available for loan but we should loan him.

He's played at a decent level since leaving us, wouldn't be the worst shout

Wouldn't be against Rose but at least initially he wouldn't be a first pick....at his age (turns 30 in just over 7 weeks) would he accept this alongside a wage that would probably be a good bit less than what he has been used to picking up in the English Championship? 

EDIT...and wouldn't want him onboard until Ruby is confirmed permanently away. Tobers being almost permanently injured is a concern for sure but we do have other areas of the squad which right now are more of a necessity to bring in reinforcements for
