Ive got a pair of white sambas at the minute for indoor 5s.

Nae bad but the toe is a bit too firm and rounded for curling shots into the far corner.

 

Good for kicking folk in the teeth though.

Had many pairs as a kid in the 80s.

Not all at the same time though, once I wore them out a pair, I would ask for another pair.

It was always the black pair.

 

Don't think they would every lose their appeal.

 

Felt cool with them on, probably acted like a prat.

There were silver versions - not grey.  They didn't last long.  That Arab that worked there wore a green one for years.  ST.

You got slagged for wearing sambas in my day. You got Super Sambas as well that were for wearing in court.

Sambas sported by the dons in the sixes, won both. White front bit the best version with foldable ribbed tongue. I sported avengers which seems to be back in white.

Got to have the patched pepe jeans, with keyring, finish the look. Naf naf, c 17,my favourite chipie. Chevignon. Still wear diesel jeans.
