Its not posturing though, it works every time.

26 out of the 32 now automatically qualify into the groups, the new 3rd Euro competition is just a start to closing out the other 6 places.

It will probably lead to the 32 teams coming from coefficients or invites rather than league placings as well.

The games fucked.

Edit: the 32 teams is for the CL groups.

Aye they'll get their way with uefa. Probably increase the number of groups to get more clubs from the richer leagues straight into the groups.  We'll be down to one place via the champions route before long for the rest.
