Think it depends on the charge, pretty sure that would be off his record. Assume anything involving jail time would stay on forever. Not sure about a serious assault charge that you got off with a hefty fine

I was 16 at the time Brian of the criminal case.

I went for a policemans  job think I was about 19 or 20 so wasn't a kid as back then you had to be 18 or I mind right to apply for the job. I was the right age and I did get interviewed.

I was devastated not getting that job.
