10 hard working average players plus one hard working very good player in Pulisic. Not great individually (with one aforementioned exception), but fight like fuck for each other. 

Think the Netherlands will have too much for USA, particularly if Pulisic doesn't get fit by Saturday. The Dutch have gears we can't match when they're on their game. 

Maybe we'll see a World Cup miracle, though, and we can do a Scotland '78 against them.

Dutch haven't looked anything other than average.

USA have looked difficult to beat.

Dutch will start favourites but I don't think there'll be more than a goal in it and wouldn't be at all surprised if it is in favour of the USA
