YorkDon
I’m in a secret Santa group with young birds family (£30 limit) so I’ve stuck down a tool box, and i’m looking forward to getting it. I used to get excited over driving to score a couple of wraps of speed and a quarter of sticky black for a Friday night. Fuck me i’m approaching middle age. Anyone else just about to reach for the pipe & slippers, cardigan and comfy slacks? Link to comment
The Cockney Don
Waking up needing a piss during the night, more than once. Aches & Pains. Grumpier. Feel the cold more. Edit : Not into music from the last decade or so. 1 Link to comment

Ten Caat
Grumpy as fuck at everything. I've turned into my grandfathers. Take 11 tablets and 2 inhalers each and every day plus 4 insulin injections. 10 years ago I hardly took even a paracetamol. 1 Link to comment

Some but nothing to do with sleep, eh just don’t feel the need for sleep, like it’s more a waste of time. As for regrets, none whatsoever. If it all ended tomorrow, eh have done more than most and exactly what eh wanted. Link to comment

BrianFaePerth
Actually one regret. Eh bought a 5 bedroom house with pool in Florida back in the day for the same price as a flat in Londonistan. Was there every 6 weeks or so for long weekends. Loved it. 9/11 happened and the value stagnated for years while the flats doubled in price. Link to comment

Guest Matt Armstrong's Dog
Your levels of impatience and intolerance skyrocket. Needlessly noisy cunts I now detest with a passion. No longer pishing the bed. The brain now tells me when to go to the bog during the night. Link to comment

manboobs109
I used to rip the piss out my old man for doing a big groan when he stood up off a chair. Find myself doing the same now. My knees do a sort of cracking noise when I bend them. Crepitis I think it's called. The wee fella has started getting into music and it's fucking chronic. I try not to moan about it but it's no easy. Link to comment

WesthillWanderersFC
Involuntary noises when you bend down to pick something up. Hangovers are far, far worse Less tolerant of arseholes & not shy at saying. More opinionated & care not about who you annoy by expressing it. Hate noise. Link to comment

Ramandu
Taking a week to recover after being ill. When I was a teenager I could empty my stomach, take a day of recovery, then be right as rain. Was (proper) sick recently, and took a week to get back to normal. Link to comment
sheepcrooky
Going to pubs and trying to remember what they were called back in the day. Was at Molly Malone’s last night before the darts. I remembered it as The Other Record shop, The Nile & Abercrombie’s. Pretty sure it was something in-between The Other Record shop and The Nile though. Link to comment

My advice is keep active through your whole life , Movement is the key believe me . most of my mates are struggling with movement which is a sad to see as it's not how I'd like to remember them. 1 Link to comment
