ericblack4boss
Whilst thinking about the players we had signed, I remembered a few who despite having great reputation before arrival did nothing whilst with us. Ian Cameron i was excited when we signed him, a great player, who was certainly at first glance worth the £300,000 we paid , but injury blighted his time with us and apart from the Skol cup semi when he scored against Celtic and ran the game, he was a disappointment. David Dodds, fergies last signing , Andy Gibson, he was prolific in the reserves scoring for fun but, never got a decent run for the first team. 1 Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Eric black burst onto the scene as a promising youngster but turned out shite. Same as his management career. Shame Link to comment
milne_afc
Ah yes. The VHS era. Hardly ever gets mentioned. Link to comment

Ricky Gillies.. in demand youngster at St Mirren.. splashed £350k on him... turned out he was shite. Link to comment
Sheep Shagger
Dean Campbell. Looked like a decent prospect when he broke into the first team. Mcinnes never really played him, apart from a few minutes off the bench. Waited far too long to go out on loan. Turned out shite but with a different pathway, who knows. 1 Link to comment

Redmist1903
Jim Hamilton. Fairly decent at Dundee then Hearts. We pay 400K for him and find out he's shite. Did ok for Dundee United after us. Link to comment

Sheeptastic
Craig Bryson was a real disappointment of recent times that sticks out to me. Arrived as the flagship signing of that summer window and broke down not long after coming on for his first appearance. Never got going and was probably on a hefty wage. Link to comment
Guest Matt Armstrong's Dog
Stephen Payne. "A player who has the crossing ability reminiscent of David Beckham". His career was doomed after that comment made by his then boss, a Highland Hero, according to his book title. Link to comment

Zeus
Scott Muirhead. Looked amazing for about 2 games then every defender in Scotland figured out he was all pace and no ability. Link to comment

Dons79
Shankland obviously should have been better than he was, proving this season that he knew were the back of the net was, fat pudding with a lazy attitude, got freed and he started to get his shit together. We were robbed Link to comment

Great pass for David Zdrilic to score the winner at celtic park though when we were truly shite and, in turn, end their home record of 77 games without defeat.😄 One pass doesn't define a career though. Dal Riata Don
Karni Anderson's second stint with us - he was clapped out by then. See also Niall McGinn after his travels to Korea. Scott Brown and Macnamara - both had nowt left in the tank/were shitebags. More recent Vinny - just a slow, flabby, spoilt child of a player. 1 Link to comment

Andy_123
Scott Wright. Always knew there was talent there, eventually put a wee run of form together and looked like he could be a key player for us, then at the first opportunity turned into a stinking hun rat cunt. 1 Link to comment

wanderingscotty
Ronald Hernandez. Only played 6 games for us but managed to rack up a bunch of caps for his national team during the same time period. How does that even happen.... Link to comment
LambMolester
Chris Forrester. Was supposed to be a cracking player at Peterborough. Didn't even play 10 games for us before he was released. 200 grand well spent Link to comment
