This game is perfectly suited to the tactics Robson wants to implement too

4-0 us

What were the positives?

Reckon that's about right tho it could be more.  Quite sickened at the thought tbh.  Happy to be wrong tho.

For a bit of context these are the stats for our 4 meetings vs Celtic last season combined.

Aberdeen

12 shots

3 on target

0 goals

Celtic

94 shots

37 on target

12 goals

While there’s no denying Celtic are a good team, that’s just embarrassing 😂

Fuck me. In reading that I hoped those were stats from a rifle range….

I think as long as we give a good account of ourselves i'll be happy.  Lets face facts if they turn up and play near top level we will always struggle, but we can lay a glove on them if we have the right tactics such as retaining possession when possible and working the ball up the pitch ect.  This is also a good test though for Europe as we are likely to face teams as good as if not better than them.

Yeah agree. We give it a go and I won’t have too many complaints. They are capable of putting 4 or 5 past anyone. Only thing I ask is that we press then from the front. If we let their CBs dribble unchallenged to the edge of our box like normal I’ll be pissed off.
