£300k transfer fee would have been even more hefty than it already is for a player approaching his 33rd birthday if we only got him on a 2 year contract.

Just hoping that in 12 months time we aren't regretting it the way we obviously do with Shinnie who definitely got a year too long on the contract he signed.

I'd wait and see how the new boy and Shinnie work together before worrying. Shinnie was essentially doing his own job plus Ramadani's last year which he obviously doesn't have the legs for.

Is that 300k fee confirmed anywhere?

What sort of wage do you think he's on, Poindexter?

Welcome to the Dons Dennis.

If he's anything like his uncle Dennis, Nilsen will be slicing open defences with his penetrative passing and will exhibit his solidity at the back, when required at defensive set-pieces (and get rid of them).

Hopefully more Lee Richardson and less Nigel Pepper

Nigel Pepper. That name still makes me shake with rage.

For the last 20 odd years there's only been salt on our dinner table.

The pepper is languishing at the back of the cupboard forgotten about.

No one dares mention pepper at our table lest they cop a pork chop to the coupon.
