Just got round to seeing the highlights and we really should have scored 5 or 6 goals we missed some glaring chances where it looked harder to miss than score.

That’s what gets to me the most. We could have absolutely destroyed them. Never get a better chance than that.

Don't think he did? Wonder why that was?

For objective calls (ball in/out, offside, ball making contact with hand) the decision is made by the VAR

All a bit unfortunate given ball hit Dessrs hand too.

Presume he meant the ball in/out one.  The thing to watch there is the VAR call is actually that they cannot definitively tell if the ball is out ergo the on field decision stands.  In this case, and indeed the Tim Johnson  one against Hibs the on field decision was no goal so both decisions stood.  I have a suspicion going forwards for "big teams" that the on field decision might start to go with who has the biggest crowds.

Personally not in favour of this definitive proof bollocks.  The ball in both the decisions referred to looked out.  You have to go with that as the basis of the decision - which, in fairness, Sundays linesman did.  Saying theres a <1% chance the ball wasnt out so the game changing goal stands would just be madness.  And of course we want VAR to make this decision in reasonable timeframes.

Ref the handball one I agree there wasnt enough focus on the Dessers touch before Okkels plays it - his arm does look tucked in but Id have liked to see that considered - thats where I think the ref might have been called in.  Regrettably I think the Nisbet call is right enough.

Who has calmed down?

Who is still raging?

I'm still raging thinking about what could've been. Hopefully the players are as well and can channel it into a historic gubbing of Hearts at the weekend.
