Do they not just leave as they can't pay them, hence contract broken

Depends.  Some clubs have to deal with the administrators to agree a fee. Some players will get released.

The likelihood of us taking a Sheffield Wednesday player is pretty slim as many others will be circling that carcass.

We definitely can't afford wages these boys get, hence the administration

I think there may be other clubs in the UK that will have thoughts about taking a player from Sheffield Wednesday should they become available for a pittance?

Maybe we should try for Barry Bannan to add yet more experience to our midfield of Shinnie, Nilsen and Armstrong?

Here’s a 2 players that have been at St Louis City that I can see us signing

Rasmus Alm {30} 🇸🇪 RM played under Thelin at Elfsborg and was a consistent player for him out of contract at the end of the year has just came back from a long injury

Samuel Adeniran {27} 🇺🇸 ST tall striker at the height of 6ft 5 doesn’t score much but a great target man suits Jimmys type of striker

That dackers will likely be playing Wednesday for killie, same role, doesn’t score much but bullies defenders.

will be interesting to see Milne and knoester cope, he’s a monster at 6’7 or some shit, huge.

Is Dackers not injured? Or is it the other striker they've got? Seem to remember one of them picked up a lengthy injury a couple of weeks ago.

Think it’s the other boy. Sure it’s been him and Anderson leading the line for them

That's all we need is a big lanky beanpole ragdolling our defence. We can't handle speed, can't handle physicality, if we can't handle lankyness then we've got the full "shit defence" playlist.

We'll have trouble handling Bruce Anderson let alone the big guy.

The wee Hibs striker caused as much havoc on Sunday as Bowie, just in different ways.

We can't handle speed, guile, movement, strength or aerial ability most of the time.

Not only that but they are strong on the wings with the overlapping full back, the 2 best players they have operate together in Watson making runs into the box at every chance he gets while killies wing back Ben Brannon is really really good, not only at defending but crossing. We need to stop both to win here.

Not long till transfer window is BACK

I think we should overhaul the whole squad

I'd struggle to name more than five in the squad I'd definitely want to hold onto.

But CAN'T WAIT for another massive thread.

Our summer window has been exposed as utter shite with the exception of the last 24 hours + Armstrong.

Hibs and especially Hearts had a fantastic summer window, but at least we've a new Director in to provide fresh thinking.  Can't get any worse.

We're 9 games into the season. This time last year we were unbeaten in all competitions, joint top of the league and looking forward to a cup semi. Pretty sure at that point we all thought we'd have a fantastic summer window and look how it ended up.

Lets see come the end of the season how fantastic Hearts and Hibs summer windows actually were. I mean Hibs have played 17 games this season and won 5, not sure how fantastic its actually looking for them at the moment.
